When I go to fit the 5 speed box its stops about 10mm from fully mateing with the Sandwich plate
The spiggot Bearing is flush with the end of the crank
There is space behind it I dont want to tap fu ...
Are you sure about that, When i try fitting the 5 speed It will go and then stops, Like it has 10mm left to go then wont Go in any further

When fitting a Spiggot Bearing how far into the Crankshaft does it go?? Is it All the way till i cant go no More??
Or flush with the End of the Crank???
The Big plate Which Bolts inbetween the Fly and Block Are they the Same thickness for auto to manual ?? Does it require replacement when carrying out Auto to manual conversion??
I am converting my TD from a Auto to a Manual
The New spiggot Bearing Do I Fit it onto the Crankshaft where the Auto Sleave came out of???
Or do I fit it to the Flywheel
