OHHHHHH, that tickles me in the spot (brain)
hmm, very convincing, and considering COD is like $20,
but that is just the Turbo itself, no oil lines, dump pipe,
ill have to think there d00d, as i am not a great fan on interstate, but bear with me

BlueTC,
I was just wondering if you could give me the CHRA numbers from the turbo. It will let me know what the turbo is off of and what the exact sprecs of the turbo are. Do you know what model S14 it is off of? because the Australian models didn't have a ball bearing turbo. My next point is that Ball bearing Turbos can be rebuilt in Australia. alot of turbos could pull 18psi on a turbo dyno but what were the flow rates and the inlet and outlet temps on the turbo? Do you have reciepts for the work that was done ont the rebuild and if so am I able to see what was done to the turbo? As you can understand I really only want to make sure of what it is that I may want to buy. I suggest that in future that if you wish to sell things that you be factual and correct in your statements because you don't know who may be listening.
Cheers
Paul
P.S. If it is a ball bearing T28 then it is worth over $1000, but as I have stated I seriously doubt it ;o) |

It coul have been rebuilt with a GT series cartridge which are all ball bearing.
It sounds like an early T28. ie the ones which use the T25G turbine housing, A/R .48.
Does it have the nissan flanged inlet and outlets on the compressor cover?

Loz,
You are right it could have been rebuilt with the BB cartridge but this is not a common practice because it is usually cheaper to a new turbo. Besides the CHRA numbers are on the cartridge so if it was a BB one I would be able to tell. You are right though I would have to say that it sounds like a T25G.
Cheers
