Is there a 90 degree adapter for the speedo drive?
I have a 5 spd gearbox in a tx gemini sedan and the attachment is right up against the crossmember mounting on the body.
There is no way the cable will fit without a 90 degree adapter. Are they supposed to have these as standard?
What should I do to make the speedo work.
Thanks a lot,

you must have a early tx with a short crossmember and seat bolts that go through the floor. the later ones have a differant flor pan. there is no adapter as standard. |

You are 100% correct! You must really know your Geminis.
Is there a fix though?
Someone told me that the Triumph 2.5 has one of these adapters or that Halda make them for their mechanical trip meters.
But I am sure someone must have come across this problem before and solved it ??
