Ok just rang regency, The car will need full roadworthy check before rereg, I have to put it down as a no value writeoff, Then when you have done it up you book it in for a roadworthy test. Has to be completely roadworthy or they will issue more defects. But yes it can be rereg. I will have to hand in the plates though. Basically You will have to make sure everything is in good condition.
