Re-advertising again because I want to get rid of more bits before packing them away again.
I've got a heap of carbs to sell. All are completely stripped, cleaned thoroughly and partially reconditioned with new gaskets, diaphragms and needle's and seats where needed, and a complete clean out of all passages, etc.
DOWNDRAUGHT WEBERS (all share same stud pattern as 32/36, and can be bolted onto standard inlet manifold with adaptor plate). Adaptor plates are $40 to suit down draught webers and come with all bits needed to bolt on the carb.
34 ADM (mechancial secondaries) from XE/XF falcon - $85
32/36 DGV (mechancial secondaries) off 2 litre escort - $85
also 1 x Holley 350cfm (not same as weber)
SIDEDRAUGHT CARBS (all share same DCOE stud patter, no manifolds included, I dont have any!)
2 x 40mm Dellorto side draughts, DHLA straight off alfa, - $300 inlc. linkage to synchronise both carbs butterflies.
1 x Solex 40mm side draught - $85 - looks same as side draught dellorto or weber, runs well.
I also can put together a complete bolt on kits for the weber downdraughts, with everything needed, even including ported inlet manifolds as per my website, if wanted.
www.giant.net.au/users/wight
Manifolds are $110, (TX ones are $130 as has bigger ports)
Throttle brackets are $10 to suit downdraught webers.
If anyone is keen, let me know. My eamil is in my profile above.

how much will a manifold cost for the sidedraught solex? do u reckon that'd be suitable to go on a 12a turbo blow through set up... or suck through? |

I dont know how much manifolds cost for rotaries, but any carb can be used for a turbo setup, with either configuration. Sidedraughts are mostly used in draw through setups, but I have also seen them used very well in blow through setups. Either way. |

i just meant, is 40mm big enough? you wouldn't happen to have any 48mm IDA webers lying around would you? |

No, sorry, only the carbs I have listed. 40mm carb is quite large, especially with big chokes. I dont know what the choke size is off the top of my head though.
When you compare it to standard carb sizes, you will get an idea of how much power it will support comfortably. I used a 40mm side draught in a draw through setup for a while, but never had it dynoed, so cant comment on power, but went well.
