Which turbo would best suit a mildly worked G200 with a ported head and a mild cam. I want good boost but reasonable fuel economy.

what do u want from the turbo?? hi or low end? fuck the mild cam of and put a stock one in if ya gonna turbo it _________________

yeah as gene said, ditch the cam and use a stock one or a custom grind to suit a turbo.
low end-T28, my brother had one on his 2L, but ran out of puff to early
middle-T03, he put a T03 on after the T28 and went good all through the revs
top end-T04 might be abit laggy |

HKS T51-R if you are after some serious power.
But seriously look into a ball bearing unit from a 300ZX Im not too sure what they are called but they use the T3 flange. |

Haha, probably wouldnt even hit 10psi at 7000rpm.
