Yes it will use the search there is a lot of info on
this subject you can also fit a 3.5 lt V8 out of a
rover you just have to get it engineer approved I am
looking into this conversion atmo

yes a vn-vs v6 will fit in, and i also know that there is a few 308 gemini's starting to get around although u'd have fun tryin to keep traction with that much power

my neighbour is putting a rover v8 in his stag, since rebuilding the original motor is going to cost over 10k.
The stag aint much bigger than a gemi if at all, anything is possible with time and money !
Rover v8's are cheap too apparently. |

I spoke to an Engineer who told me to a rover and use all
the running gear the only prob he can see is the trans tunnel. You would still have to make brackets for the
brakes etc he did the same conversion to an old cortina. My
mechanic rekons I wont get much change out of 10k inc buying the rover aswell.
