Sure is, although don't expect it to run too great.
The Delco ECU has a "limp home mode" programmed into it. Basically what this does is if an abnormality is detected then it will run an extremely rich mixture to save any detonation occouring.
My g200 DOHC ran on a camira computer ripped right outta a camira from the wreckers ! It ran like shit but it ran.
The car might be able to drive quite well on the highway too but don't expect any fuel economy and it won't be the smoothest experience in city conditions.
Although the amount of fucking around (wiring and such) to get it going hardly makes it worth it, unless you plan on getting a tune with the kalmaker software and a new EPROM burnt |
