Does any one else have the issue of when they leave their gemini parked in the sun all day it wont run right for about ten minutes after you start it. I have twin 40mm webbers but i have spoken to people with standard carbs as well and they seem to experience simmilar issues does anyone know what the cause is or how to fix. It will also not run well on very cold nights, this is after the car has been left to warm up. It sounds like it isn't running on all cylinders and the problem will persist till the next day when it gets warm again. Any help would be greatly appreaciated |

its a typical gemini thing mate, i had the 32/36 weber and i had exactly the same probs, as soon as i removed the standard niki with the automatic choke starting and running for the first few mins was pretty hard. i would say there is nothing wrong, its just an old car _________________

Also, check your fuel tank breather.
Yeah, after maybe a week from having a tune, my gem is a bit of a bitch to start when cold.

as for the cold temp, if you are still running points in your dizzy then there might be moisture getting in there... Should run fine when it's hot but. My engine makes heaps better HP when the air is cold than when it's hot and it's noticable |
