What would be easier to do? I want the CA18DET but if there's too much stuffin around i wont bother and ill go for the G200!!! |

As if, the G200 is a much easier engine to bolt into the gemmi than a CA18 isnt it? |

Yeah but you still need to stuff around with turboing an N/A motor. Which would require a tuff rebuild if you wanna do a decent job of it anyway. |

I think ill stay with the G200 and turbo that. Just a quick question, If i do decide to turbo a G200, can I fit a 4ZE1 inlet manifold onto it or would the air volume big too much? |

mate im half way turboing my G200 . if u have any questions i maybe able too help u out since im in the middle off the conversion |

CA is a heaps better motor and will produce more power gains with smmaller costs 11s can be run on stcok internals |

Its funny you should say that, because I run 12's (lots of wheel sping) with my G200 with stock internals too. 11's might be possible with drag type suspension and slicks.
There is nothing wrong with the stock internals of a G series engine, they are very strong. I have never broken anything ever except pistons, which is only due to detonation. But any piston will break when detonation is present, its just forged pistons are more resilient than cast pistons.

hey rod. what pistons are you running? my g200 is bored out 40 thou, would vl turbo pistons fit? |
