I think that Im going to have problems with my engine due to the turbo trying to push boost into the rocker cover and the vapour seperator. How do I overcome this? Will a one way valve work? Where can you get one as no shops near me have ever had anything like that?

one way valves are also called check valves if that helps.

Simplest solution is to vent the rocker cover and crank case to atmosphere, or if you want to keep a similar to stock system, hook it up to the inlet of the turbo compressor.
