Hey people
I want to get an LSD but at the moment I dont really have the money. I was wondering if I could go to someone like WA diff center and get a minispool put in and then I have heard about gemini axles breaking so could I use axles from a different car and have them shortened to fit into the gemini housing? I onlt really drive the car to work and back every day like 15mins or so, so cops dont really see my car and wont hear that my car has a locker... Anyway if someone has done this can they shed a little light on the situation please?
Thanks again

I ran a locker in 2 different cars for 1 and a half years giving it crap where ever I drove it with a quite worked 1.6 and never had any problems at all with it, didn't snap any axles. Can just get a bit annoying doing tight u-turns and so on but you get use to it. |

leon at A1 hi performance will sell u a mini spool and u can fit it your self. why not just weld the centre like u did for me? all it did was break the weld and thats it. I'll find out soon if my enigine combo breaks an axle or diff |
