im think about putting a 1600 head on an 1800 block in my new gemi panelvan that im getting real soon. can anyone give me any tips on this?or if it will even increse the compression? thanx |

Are you sure ?
I always thought putting the 1600 head on would up the compression a little.

G161z heads and G180z heads just look the same. Going by the article in the workshop it will raise compression to approx. 9.8:1. |

I always thought the extra size of the g180 was due to the 6mm more stroke?? Always thought the heads were the same?? I thought this about the g200 aswell but when I looked at one I noticed the difference. |

head are different becasue i had a g180 on me g161 and comp was nice:) |
