Sorry it took so long, but I have just uploaded a workshop article on how to modify TD headlights to allow for replacement of bulbs. You can view it by going here:

Let me know what you think. Seeing as no-one can reply to posts at the moment, I'll post a message in the General Gemini Chat Forum and you can post your feedback in there rather then filling up the R&D forum ... until we can reply properly at least.

I can tell you that you don't need to cut anything and it involves heat and correct globe selection. My mate reads the forum and I'd hate to give away his trade tricks. But with a bit of thought it is not hard. |

why not buy semi sealed lights? that would of been the easist weigh. |
