i know the first sujestion is guna be convert it to manual and yes that will happen in due time,
now i got td auto sedan k when i get above 60ks it gets a slight rattle/vibration coming from the ass? |

hahah, check u took th vibrator out of ya ass next time u go for a drive lol

check the uni joints on the tail shaft, makesure theres no play in them, also check the rubber "mount" around the torque tube for any cracks _________________

also check the 4 allen bolts the hold the torque tube to the diff and also try new shocks.. |

also the 4 bolts holding the tail shaft to the tube. i got under mine one day for a look to see why it was vibrating and these 4 bolts were not even tight. i could take em of with my hand _________________

hehehe yeah i know all about those ones.....i put my car in for a roadworthy check when i got it and found out it had one in and one half out with no nut on it... need 2 12mm spanners to tighten them.... |

i got under my car the other day and there was only two left in there
i didnt really notice anythin until the day before i checked
is this a problem area?
is there any way you can make em not come loose (apart from doing them up tight)

Don't weld them. u cant anyway. Coz they bolt into an alloy casing. I had the same prob, use a generous amount of locktite. Fixed it on my gem for good.

i suggest using bolts that have a shaft and then thread not bolts tyhat are all thread. using nylocks is another way |

paint a small strip of white out or spray paint down one side of the bolt, and let it dry then put them back in. easy fix for the original bolts. also makesure u have the spring washers in there still. the paint/white out will grit up the thread making it hard to come undon, but not to hard that u cant ever get em off again. _________________
