Heya fellas,
I was just inquiring as to whether anyone out there knew what would be a good radiator to replace th eoriginal one with, as i have a fairly worked motor running high compression and it is in need of a bit more cooling and the stock radiator just doesnt cut it... Any help would be appreciated along with any extra advice.
Cheers Gemstroka |

i have heared of blokes putting in the early model TORANA radiators in and apparently the bolt up points are exactly the same and the inlets and outlets are the same too. hope that helps ya out! They're twin core as well so it would suit your setup |

The TA torry is the one to look for, the rest have the outlets on the other side for the six. But you will have to get the bottom outlet changed from right-angle to straight.
Also try and find a KB Rodeo radiator. They DO have the correct outlets on the correct side, and the same mounting holes.
Otherwise try a "search", as it has been discussed before. |

No, the TA has them on the same side as the Gem, but the bottom one is right angled, straight into the chassis rail.
Easy enough to get changed to straight.
If they fit, anything with a holden straight six has the outlets on the side you want FLYINLoW (opposite to Gemini).

Just get an LX/LH radiator and have the inlet/outlet changed to suit. Doesnt cost much and they are 3 core. They hold about 2.5L more than a gemini one. |
