Hey Gene,
Yeah my whole dash is glassed, first i did the modded areas and got that how i wanted it, then i grafted it to the dash by rubbing the dash down with 80 grit and glassing the whole lot. Then i 2k hi fill primed the whole thing and rubbed it, then acrylic prime and rubbed it and then once again. The first time with 320, then 400 then 600.
I won't give away all my trick though lol, but lets just say spray foam is good stuff. Just finished some tweeter mounts for my g/f's bro's r33 s2. I'll get pick s of them this week. They are mounted in the side mirror covers.
As for costs, it would be materials - which i would supply copy of all receipts, and then just labour. There's not many people that do this sort of stuff as it's too fiddly and time consuming. but atleast this way you won't have guages tacked all over your car. Tell me how much you wanna spend and we'll take it from there. It's a very time consuming job, and i only do it top quality - if you want dodgy or a quik job it's not really me.
cheers

Hey, do you make custom dash's not out of glass? I dunno what this dash is out of, but im sure all of you would have seen it before its the best gemi dash i've ever seen. Just out of curiosity how much would it cost to get someone to build a custom dash that good?
