The Rodeo came with a plethora of engines, Highlander was asking which particular engine you were refering to.
If it's a G series engine, it's a direct bolt for bolt deal with basically no mods - maybe a wire will have to be snipped here or there, but no fabricating is necesarry.
If it's one of the 4Z series engines, a little bit of ingenuity is called for, but it's definately not rocket science.
Have a look-see in the workshop at a 4ZD1 conversion, and then do a search, but refine your search as you will have to sift through alot of useless posts to get what you need.
