I have a Tg dash and the speaker hole thing has colapsed in. What i want to do is fill over this with bog/fibreglass and also the centre heating ducts but thats anohter project all together. What i want to know is do i have to take the vinyl off or can i just fill over the holes and do any other mods to it. Then sand and plastic prime the dash and then high fill prime it to fill in the vinyl pattern and do this till its smooth then prime and paint in the desired colour? Would like to hear form people who have done this sort of thing.
