just outta curiousity the lower ratio in a diesel diff is going to alter the accuracy of the speedo ?? and if i end up opting for rear disk brakes ill never be able to smoke them up every again ??

just clamp ya brake lines with vice grips, then tape the grips to the brake line, so they dont go anywhere. thats for when you want to do burnouts. |

Roughly 9%, so when your speedo says you're doing 60, you're really doing about 65.
cheers

The diesel one has a taller diff. It gives you a higher top speed but its slower off the line. |

with speculation over a g180 and g200 engines a diesel diff would go better with the g200 considering its got more torque to counter the slower diff ratio ?? |

the 3.5 diesel diff brings the revs down at 100 in fifth to round 2900 instead of 3400 therebouts in a petrol. i have a diesel here that almost keeps up with my nanna wagon and supposidly the diffs are stronger but dunno bout that 4 sure |
