Gearbox and brake enquiries

ok, when i change gears and let the clutch out, the shifter twists to the side. (real bad) does anyone know wat this could be?

also,

when i purchased my car, i knew that the rear brakes sticked, got recond master cyl put in, new brake cylinders etc. but the brakes still stick, like under ordinary braking, the car will brake, then it will pull up in an instant.

shifter twiists??? manual? yeah it moves a little left and right depending on acc or deceleration but that's about it... how far are you talking about??

did you get the drums machined
are the brake lines ok?
