i was just re-posting this cruise, cos i was chasing the details down for myself and figured that you'd all appreciate it rather than sorting thru a few pages back to find it. so here it is. hope to see you all there!
When: Sunday 5th October 2003
Where: Keperra - Mount Glorious - Mount Nebo
Meet: Great Western Shopping Centre Fin Magools carpark. (Can't miss it) Cnr Samford / Settlement Roads
Time: 10.00am for a 10.30am take off.
This cruise will take us up Mount Glorious where we will encounter some nice windy roads. Stop for lunch up the top. BBQ's will be available if you want one. Where we stop there will not be any Maccas or Hungries or other take away so bring a packed lunch.
The return trip will see us backtrack along parts of Mount Glorious and then down Mount Nebo and finish off back at Keperra. A nice run that wont be too harsh on your Gem.
Flyers will be ready to distribute this weekend. If you can distribute some please let me know. HotGemini and IMSCC members welcome as well as non members.
If you want to come but cant drive, leave a post here and we can organise for you to hook up with someone.
For those who are attending the pre-cruise BBQ on the Saturday night, the meeting point is 1 min from the party location.

But sadly cant make the bbq on sat nite as previous engagement up the coast has me tied up already!

As im coming down from the sunny coast is there anyone who knows an easy way to get there as i dont know brissie from a bar of soap.

Follow Gympie Road turn left onto Samford Road. Follow this for about 5 - 10 mins till you go past the Ambulance Station just after the lights at Samford Rd and Dawson Parade. Moments after that you will see a shopping centre on the left side just before the lights at Samford Rd and Settlement Rd.
There are back streets from Aspley Maccas but that would be too confusing.
Any dramas give us a bell and we can help you out.

I think this will be a good arvo. Mum has been a little sick as some of you know. This is the reason the BBQ on the Saturday night has been postponed to another time ...... BUT ... since we will be back around the time the footy starts (NRL for those uneducated ones :Þ) I am sure she can handle some here for a little while while it is on.
