Dunno if anyone is interested but this is a pic of my new intake manafold I made a week ago and I just got it back from the machine shop today. I welded a 20mm alloy plate to the original manafold and helicoiled the holes to fit new studs... The idea is to beable to fit the ford 34ADM carby without any adapter plates. I'll fit it tomorrow and let ya's know how it goes on the dyno

Yeah, looks like it will work well josh, but why not just use an adaptor plate and do the exact same thing?

Because the adapter plate kit i had, had the offset studs and they were about 30mm short! =) and this way there is less gaskets which therefore less cases of leaks. Yeah for that price it comes with the manafold and the adapter plate and the new carb. The other manafold is modified too |
