Woops,
I am after a TX diagram. Or if you have one I just need to know in the fuse panel there is a fuse for Heater Reg, Two wires run from here a blue wire and white wire I just need to know what does what. One of these wires is getting permanent power from somewhere and I'm not sure where. I have ripped out my heater and fan controls so I think it might be a wire somewhere which has fused to a power wire. I had the alternator tested which has the reg built in and it was fine.
Yes I still live on the peninsula and as soon as I figure this problem out I will be driving the old coupe around the streets again.

looks like the white one goes to the alternator regulater and the blue one to the heater fan switch. but acording to this there should be other wires too. this is for a td but i hope it will help.
is your sister still driving a gem too?

A good report and pictures!!
Just one question...
How can a tyre rub through on a wheel weight?? They should not be moving against each other! _________________ I try to tackle one day at a time, but often several days attack me at once.
