$100 - $200 If it's reasonably shagged. Before you rebuild it, get it crack/pressure tested. And look on the crown of the pistons to see how far it has been bored from standard - anything over 30-40thou you wont want. The meat between 3/4 and 1/2 is already thin enough as it is.

i picked up one with fucked rings and a blown headgasket for $150, but for one in good condition ur looking at anywhere from $350 upwards, anything under that ur laughing

i was quoted 350 from a wreckers, and thats straight outta a car, so god only knows what condition its in, also if u r getting it reconditioned properly, you should expect to pay 1500 without replacing anything but the gaskits n shit like that, so like no major parts |
