When my dad bought his Gemini, the previous owner didnt tell him that 2 of the water pump bolts not 1 had snapped off (we could see 1 had snapped off becuase only the head had come off, but had no idea about the second because only the thread was left in the hole). I have no idea who to call about this, does anybody have any suggestions? |

My mate had to get a stud removal dude out to take two snapped bolts out of his water pump, cant for the life of me remember who it was he called. But i reckon if you rang a couple of mobile mechanic companies, and asked them for a broken stud removal duder, they should at least point you in the right direction.
The bloke my mate used, charged $140 to take out two bolts and snapped two pro quality titanium drill bits in the process. So it's a bit exxy if you're povo, might be cheaper to get hold of/borrow a decent electric drill & buy a decent set of EZ Outs for just under $100 from a nut and bolt shop.
It's the biggest bitch that type of a job, phucks me why some people want to take it up professionally. U end up learning 2 swear like a trooper doing it though hahaha. |
