My Gem is jacked as on the stock springs:

Apparantly TX 'low' king springs are 5cm smaller than the ones made for TD's. Is this actully true, as I'm going to need about a 6" drop and 'low' kings do about 2"? I read in another post that using the older model springs in a newer model with shorter shocks will get you down there but I need confirmation before I go and buy the springs.

Any other ideas, otherwise?

cheers,
zep

putting lowered tx springs in will lower it around 4 inch. to lower it 5 inch i think u will need no springs in to acheive that. use commodore standard sportsrider shokies. im very keen on doin this conversion but i wanna speak/ see blueTG's car fisrt

Cheers man, 4" might actully do it, especially with me in the car too. The back only has to be done about 2" so I think regular low kings may do that
