What is the min height off the ground for lowering in QLD? I heard it was 3 or 3 1/2 inches from teh lowest point on the car. Any ideas ? |

G'day,
The Queensland transport booklet says the road clearance of a car must not be less than 100mm measured at any part of the vehicle other than the wheel rim or brake backing plates. Lesser clearance may be specified by a manufacturer. The suspension travel to bump must not be altered by more than 1/3. Coil springs must not be cut. |

yeah its 100mm
if ya go to qld transport site, then go into the cars section, then modification section theres a booklet in adobe format with all the specs on what u can do on your car without having to get a mod plate and inspection/engineers cert.
theres stuff on tyres scoops lights ect
