Hi there. Just found this site tonight, and I love it already 
Anyway, I am currently in the process of fitting an Extended Bridgeport 12a Turbo into my TX. What I would like is a few links (even one would be good atm) to a site that has info on this mod, like crossmember alterations/exchange, wiring, etc.
Thanks for all the info so far, I have got a few good ideas and have sent my car pics in to be hosted also |

| I have a rotary crossmember at home .If you like I can send some pictures of it ,to you.I have never personally used it but it mounts way in front of the original crossmember which I assume still sits there holding the steering rack.I do know that you need to do some serious mods to the transmission tunnel to fit the larger gearbox.good luck |

Thanks, a couple of pics of that crossmember would be excellent, cheers. Yeah, I understand a fair bit of work will be involved, but the work that has already been put into my TX makes it all worth while |

how urgently do u need the pics cause im getting a 12 exendport turbo put into mine at the moment, should have it back early new year, if u like ill take pics and send them 2 u!
also the conversion isnt that hard, im getting mine done at boostin oz(formerly gemispares) for $800, and that includes front and rear crosmembers and custom sump/pick up. the wiring and other stuff is my problem though. there r currently 3 other rotor gems there as well and they reckon the conversion is quite simple, they mount the engine forwards so no mods r needed to the trans tunnel. if u see it u will see how easy they fit in. ne way let us know. |

That would be sooo cool! Piccies would be an excellent advantage, for sure. I can wait till it's done on your's and see the hassles I am gonna have then What model Gemmi do you have? Would the process differ from one model to the next?
I already have the brakes, diff and master cylinder needed for the compliance (QLD), so yeah, I will hang out for your pics ...
