Can Anyone Help me I have A tx Coupe Trouble is Can't Keep it Started I Turn The Key It starts But I Have To Hold The key there To Keep it going Cause when i let go it stalls I have replaced The Balast Resitor and the Iginition switch but the same prob Can Any One Help Me Get Back On the Road ???? |

Also, trace the ignition wire from the cluster that goes from the column, to the coil, then get a test light and test to see if the wire has a break in it somewhere. Happened to my old Commodore, so I cut and grafted a new wire in it's place, and it worked from then on.. |

Had a simular problem on my TG, ended up replacing the coil and ballast resistor and the problem disappeared. |

Check the fuel level in the carb window. The electric pumps stop when the alternator is worn out - but not while you're cranking it over. |
