Hi all,
I would just like to say that this site is excellent and the advice that people give is 100% excellent.
I was just wondering if they ever a Gemini body kits and was wondering if they looked good?
Also if they did, did they make one for the TX.
Im also looking to get complete new carpet for my TX because it is well worn, and could anyone tell me if it is better to buy if from a professional or make it myself? and maybe the cost if possible.
Thanks alot

Yannick,
Sick to see another Gemini fan out there - we need to take a stand against the Tupperware cars of tomorrow and show them that the old classics still have some poke in the real world. Only 5 more years until the TX officially becomes a recognised classic (30+ years old).
Find a place that sells pre-moulded carpets. Even these are fairly cheap - around $100 or so for loop pile. If you're fully into originality (which I sort of am - doesn't mean I won't have a stinker engine powering it though) then replace it with the original colour. Other than that, go for black - it looks really good in a Gemini.
There are a couple of bodykits for Geminis - the most famous two are the factory ZZ/Z bodykit and the semi-factory CDT bodykit. These are for the Japanese-designed square Gemini though (TG and TE respectively).
For TX? Ring around some bodykit places and see what they say. If they laugh at you, tell them to fuck off because just because we're talking Geminis here doesn't mean we're a laughing stock.
But really, who needs a bodykit on a TX? They look classic just as they are.
Geminis DO rock
