| i had a problem with my gem not being able to idle a while back. turns out the fuel filter was so crudded up it wasnt flowing anymore. if it gets to that point, change it |

my gem idles roughly and makes gasping sounds like it's choking on crap air. I have a suspicion it's got something to do with the ripper hole in the exhaust pipe between the flex and first muffler.
Am I right? or is it filter problem?
