hey all....anyone be able to help me out..i so want to put one of these into my te, but i am really not sure as to how well they bolt in and stuff?? absolutly any help would be greatly appreciated

invite over a friend
just pull everything thats connected to the engine off
label it all in containers
unbolt the 161
hoist out the engine, and put in the new 1
then hook everything up on it as if it was a 161 (this part is where your friend comes in handy in remembering what goes where)
then just tune it
im just guessing, maybe try the search function on this site

the firewall in my gemi looks different to a stocko
i head you have to have a bash at the firewall (else cut it and re weld) to fit the starter motor in...
Also drivetrain...? same as a stock gemini or do u need diesel bits?
DOHC (the person, daves mate) has done this right?
also simon check the workshop i think adam mentions something about it in his gertrude bits |
