depends on how good of a job you get down, who by and what extras i think i spent $250 getting a G160 head bored out to 1998cc. i had alot done and spent $1300 on head work alone.
Port, polish, double row riming chain, better vavle springs, new valves, custom stage 3 Cam, bottom end cleaned and bores tidied up. great job done.
lent the car to a mate 5 weeks later for the night. he put Octane booster in it and fucked it up BIG time. not happy. see how you go,you should be looking $150 up to $350 depends on how much work is involved.

The biggest off the shelf pistons for a G200 are 1.5mm overbore, making the displacement of the engine around 2.02 litres. Your chasing 180cc's that you cant really get without a stroker crank and custom rods.
Bore and hones is around $150
