hey guy's im going to re-do my interior in black and red velour and i was wondering is there special car interior velour or is it the same material you can buy in like spotlite and other material shops?????
any comments would help alot

my mate owns a motor trimming shop and gets all his velour from the same people as spotlight.... only spotlight is alot cheaper!!! so to answer ur question, its the same shit |

no, it aint, or at least its not supposed to be. Automotive trims are supposed to have a fire retardant applied to them to comply with ADR's.
I was told this by an auto trimmer freind, but he could have been trying to justify his higher costs.
this is not to say you shouldn't use the stuff from spotlight, i say go for it, your not gonna fail rego for havin the wrong cloth on your roof.

u ever seen a burnt out car? the trim doesnt seem very fire retardant to me, could be wrong too |
