hey ben, do you still do the turbo kits,or would you be able to make me...or get me a turbo manifold to suit a TB03 'rotomaster' type turbo...[toyota substitute].
i was quoted around $400-500 for one to be made outta 2" h/duty mandrells, and i have heard that piazza ones are kinda shite.
is this a reasonable price? ,or can you get/make/materialize one for a better price.
i can show you the turbo and all the other gear i have if nessisary....but can you help me out?
any help'd be cool, but if it helps its for a simple draw thru lpg setup using rodeo efi manifold/throttle body and eggy's old impco...[thanks andrew...]and said hairdrier.
cheers mate, appreciate it.

Hey Rob,
The piazza ones are not the best flowing manifold around, but I dont think it is that critical. The price you got quoted is pretty good for a custom manifold. Sorry, I dont really have the timw to make up stuff for people right now, too many other projects on the go.
If I was to do it though the easiest way is to get a piazza manifold, and then get a 15mm plate laser cut to suit the mounting of the turbo, and then get it welded to the piazza manifold. Then drill and tap 4 holes so the turbo can bolt to the plate.
The basics are get a piazza manifold, draw the plate needed and take it to a laser cutter, or just take in the turbo and tell them what you want, and then find a joint that can weld steel to cast iron. Then get someone to tap the holes for you (probably same joint as welding place) and then buy some bolts. Too easy.
