defects

i finally got my first defects on the weekend... must have been a raid in sydney cause everyone was gettin pulled over...
quik question, the copa said my tyres were too wide... i got 195/50/15s .... and stock gemi's have 165s? i swear thats not illegal...
he also said my suspension was to low, haha all of last weeks work down the drain...

ur gonna try and tell us ur 6cm off the ground? BULLSHIT! how small r ur wheels, they'd be snug fitted on the inside of the gaurds! pull out a ruler and have a look at how much 6cm is buddy, think about that next time before you start exagerating!

i had my gemini 7.5 of the ground. 6 isnt that much difference

this gemini is about 6-7 cm of the ground b4 i sold it. the crosmember was about 3cm from the road

knocked any ants out lately with that crosmember? why bother having it so low, do you think it looks cool to have to go over speed bumps sideways? Or are you gonna put on some fancy hydrolics and name ur car 'Super Spiff'?

In Queensland at least, if Gemini's came with 155, you can have up to 201.5, and if they came with 165's, you can have up to 214.5

could never get over speed bumps. i tryed once but riped the exhaust of at the extractors and wraped it around the diff. LOL

there's a fine line between cool and stupidity, so do u go the long way home to avoid ALL the speedbumps hey? haha lol go the flipside and chuck on some chuncky set of 4x4 wheels and a triple set rally suspension Kit. now THAT would look cool, and i reckon you could get a good metre of air off a speed bump then! hahaha

wat i was saying was the cop 'said' it was 6cm ... thats wats funny cause its not, maybe the very lowest bit but the chasis sits like 8cm
as if it would be 6 thats a bit of over kill
