cheers guys. the reason i havent taken the panel off is because im trying to fix the car while it's still on the road. i really want to take it off the road. another problem is i only have an arc welder which is useless as shit when working on panels. i shall work it all out though. wish me luck |

What type of primer did u use??? Some primers can attack the bear metal to get a good bond and cause the tiny rusting that u have seen seeping through. Chrome primers or galvanised steel primers do this. Don't worry, just paint over the top with the primer again and all should be well.
