i was lookin thru an age old gem mag that i have, theres a couple of turbo gems in there, one uses a piazza manifold, one had an extractor lookin manifold, and another guy used a STOCK manifold, only slightly "modified" on closer inspection of the tiny pic, it looks like the standard outlet has been welded closed and a flange for the turbo has been cut ou and welded to the side of it.
anyone ever heard of this before?? would make a cheapo turb manifold if ya got the nack with a welder???? |

if modifying the stock cast manifold u will need to use special stick rod which are about $8 each, even then there is still a high chance of it cracking away with the old casting. ppl that arent welders should not attempt this as there is a knack to this type of work |
