ok so i need an adapter plate and i need to modify the throttle linkage but can you get the plate from auto bahn and does anyone know whether you can get a cold air induction box and piping for the carb because i have just a norm nikki carb with chrome air cleaner and i cannot adapt the air cleaner to suit the webber also does anyknow if my gem will pass a raod worthy with the webber on it sorry bout the long post but thanks

Youre better off with a velocity stack and low profile air cleaner, works 10x than weaving piping everywhere and can be cheaper if you make the stack y'self. The only cold air that works really effectively is cleaners through the bonnet or in a scoop where the only passage is straight down |

You can buy a chrome air cleaner assembly to bolt onto the webber. Do a search for "webber" posted by me and you'll find some part no's to ask for at autObarn for adaptors and brackets. Speco and Redline both do air cleaners for webbers.

you can also modify a stock nikki air cleaner to bolt on to the weber u just need a flat plate and a grinder and a welder. |
