Steering lock Urgent help!!

hey guys i'm really desperate now, my sis's 21st is coming up and i have to get rid of this car but i can't bloody get the steering lock off. and Gene ur trick doesn't work, half da steering wheels is almost broken with me bashing it to smash the lock off. And to show how desperate i was i started drilling a huge hole straight thru the key hole, half way thru and still nothing will budge. My last option is to angle grind da fuckin ignition lock off will that do ne thing??

get 3-4 or 5 people and faluse the steering wheel in one direction... it will brake free the lock
clockwise is easiest

i did this too my car when i was 17 cos my dad took the keys off me...
than i had too figure out too hotwire it... which wasnt too hard either

hmm worked on mine.
BUT go back to your old thread, race gem (i think)told u how to dis ingauge the lock. go back and have a look

Was ExGem actually. But if worst comes to worst, disconnect the steering rack at the column, the flexible joint, and turn the wheels by hand.

Sweet thanx for the help guys, i used exgem's suggestion, worked like a charm. only thing is drilled the lil square piece off cuz i couldn't get it out. but yeah 5 second job thanx heaps guys steve.
