I have a big concern regarding people suggesting putting SAAB rims on their Geminis. THE STUD PATTERN IS NOT THE SAME! No SAAB ever had a 4 x 100mm PCD.
I've worked in the trailer/caravan industry off and on for the past 10 years and currently for a company that manufactures axles, so I have the most up-to-date listings of stud patterns for all popular vehicles.
SAAB's either had 5 x 110mm, 4 x 114.3mm, or 4 x 108mm. If this last one is what people are putting on their cars, then you are putting your own and other peoples lives at risk, because to tighten the wheel nuts properly, you have to stretch/bend the studs. This will lead to failure of the studs, and the wheel/s parting company with the car. |

Tell em Racegem!!
I'd be interseted in seeing that docco you have there if you wish to share it.
If they want a rim that DOES fit in all respects (stud pattern and offset) get hold of some BMW rims. I know they are available in both 13 and 14 inch. Might even be found in 15 inch as well. Not 100% on that one though.
Not that I feel the need to go past a reasonable set of 165/75-13 tyres! _________________ I try to tackle one day at a time, but often several days attack me at once.
