I think you mean 114.3mm.
144.3mm, no such stud pattern.
RWD Gemini's are 30mm positive offset.

depends on rim size.... my 17's at offset +44

Depends on rim width not diameter..
+44 is good if you want the front tyres/wheels binding on the shock absorbers
