ok looked in the gemini book more found in the wiring diagram there shoudl be a air con magnetic clutch
ok any idea where this is i cant tell properly from the wiring diagram
im guessing near the fron drivers side head light???
this is in a tg
on the diagram number 116 |

the clutch is om the compressor when you put power too the wire the clutch will pull in |

well the closest thing on the wiring diagram is a headlight repeater
so errr like i said i dsont realy know how to read the diagram
all i wana know is can i make it so i dont have to turn the air con off when i come to lights cause other wise it will stall if i dont |

you could always put a switch on the accelerator pedal to turn the compresser off when idleing |

nah casue if you coasting along it would turn off if you take your foot of the accel
i need a switch to make the revs jump about 300rpm or so when its on |

You could always rig up an idle step up device on your carby. I think the old carby commodores with ac had a solenoid (sp?) that engaged and basically kept the throttle open a little further when the ac was on to maintain the idle speed.
Worth a shot?
