Put the front seat back, get in the back seat with your back on the seat for leverage, start in the corner and start pushing with your hands, once the corner pops out slowly work the whole screen out. Done this with 2 cars, and one was 39 years old, so you shouldnt have a problem.

I havent done that yet. The instructions in the workshop sound like they would work.

This is a unversal tip: always use a lot of cursing, it seems to help.

To take the old window out, it's probably best to brake some of the outter edge seal with a flat screw driver. Then just put ur front seats forward and lie on ur back with ur feet facing the rear window and slowly force one side out and then the other and it should basically come out.

To put it back in, put some sealant around the outta edge of the seal, then get a decent size thickness of rope and wrap it around the edge of the seal it should fit in nicely in the gap that holds the windscreen onto the car. make sure u ova lap when the rope meets itself. Place it on ur car and simply pull the rope out and it should slide into place then just push with ur hands to set it in, and complete with a bit of sealant on the outside edges.

sorry about the long post
but i hope that helps.
cheers.
