1.8L Turbo

Hey fellas, sellin my turbo motor, here are the specs. Custom plenum, front mount intercooler, VL turbo fuel pump, fuel regulator, 20 thou overbore ACL pistons(brand new), fully mic'd crankshaft, ported/polished head with lumpy cam, big weber, full 3 inch exhaust system from turbo back, high mount GT25 turbo with 32mm garrett wastegate, autometer liquid filled boost gauge. Motor is currently semi-dissassembled, could not complete project due to a crash and bloody insurance! A very high powered package. $3000 ono. my guess is it is a sohc-weber not efi

my guess is ur guess is wrong why would it have an efi pump if its carby how do u intercool suck/blow through

err.. u inter cool a blow threw carbi like u intercool every other EFI car.

and u "could" inter cool a suck threw, but it would run like shit and the 1st back fire would cause ya fuel filled intercooler to blow open like a blossoming sunflower LOL

and the fuel pump also means its efi.

how can he have a custom plenem with a carbi.
and why would uhave a lumpy cam in a turbo engin?

maybe he has sold the efi seprate
and the engine is all in bits
and your both wrong he just has the old carby sitting there

Genoss never said it didn't have a webber. If you read, TGNVD247 said it was EFI, not Gene. Gene just answered your question regarding whether or not you could intercool a carby set up, which you can, only if it is Blow thru.
