decomp shimp/plate from auto barn, i payed $80 for one about 12 months ago.
u should be able to run low boost on the 34adm with out to much troubles. if u wanna go higher i would talk to ben he knows more about it then me. and if u wanna go higher boost, get hypatec or forged pistons
stock bottom end i wouldnt go over 10ppsi (even thats a bit high)
ben knows more about it tho, so ask him _________________
