nah they have things to measure but im sure the rear windows can be black if not completely coverd as it sa panel van
so is 5% the blackest tint before its painted black?? i woudl assume normal is 35% ie blocks 35% of light getting in ie higher the % the darker
with the mirror tint ie limozine is there many places that will do it ???? and is it about the same price or alot dearer |

The mirror stuff is illegal. For the windows where the panels go, they can be as dark as you like because there is usually panels there. But I suggest using something you can see through because driving a van is fucked when it has panels. |

If youre game enough, you can buy window tint from sprints and put it on yourself. Im putting on green 35% tint on my Gemi |

The % of the tint is the amount of light that gets through. So 5% is what the limos use. You can buy rolls of it from auto accessory places. Mate had 5% on his VN. You could see out, but you couldn't see in even if you had your nose to the glass. |

As well as you can wearing really dark sun glasses. You can see, but no-one can see your eyes. Same thing.
Only drama though, seeing as they're almost black, and black absorbs heat, it's a bitch on a hot day. |

Actually tinting is excellent to keep the car cool on hot days, especially vinyl surfaces. |

if you have a wagon.. the rear windows can be as dark as you like them to be(side)the tailgate window must be T35 (35%)
as too must the front windows be T35.
if you want a dark look to the car.. have black interior.. this will darken the appearence of the tint and all you will see is an outline of a person in the car, not who is driving it. Commercial vehicles may have a blackened out rear window as long as there is a passenger mirror attached.this is a grey area with wagons and p'vans, but prolly wont hurt to do it anyway.
mirror tint is only illegal if it is darker than T35.. limo's can have it coz they only do the rear windows(sides) if you look closely at the rear window(normally small)you will find it is T35, but the size of it and black interior make it appear much darker
hope this helps
