legal or back yard bush basher????
best bet would be to talk to an engineer about it as you would need to to be structualy sound
theres been a few done just gemini spares did one ages ago
i would say best bet would be to use a wagon/panel van and chop the back roof section off
but yeah i dont know much about them, im guessing would cost wuite alot to doas tehres alot of fabriacting involved and engeneering costs
and depends if your gonna do it or pay some one to,
would be very unique though |

i don't want to spend heaps of money turning it into a ute when i could use that money to make it go faster as a panelvan or wagon. I will be buying a new car soon and i want to spend around $7000 on it. I don't know what that would get me in the way of a gemini though. Any ideas? |

may cost about 5 grand to convert a wagon properly. many parts would have to be lifted from a doner ute such as tail gate, and rear window frame all bits narrowed and shortened to fit. U would want to chop the roof and remove bout an inch or 2 to better proportion the thing to. U would also have to custom make side windows and chop the windscreen if u chop roof. the edges of the tray probably lift from the doner ute as well. Thats probably the best way. |

u cut teh wagon tail gate down for the ute tail gate.
why would u be cuting and making glass? just cut the rear fire wall out of a ute and weld it in.
would cost alot tho _________________
