Just wondering what it takes to change from the recessed (te?) headlight front end to a big head light (tg?) style front end? is it just panels or will i need to rewire lighting and fabricate brackets???
will the tg bumper bolt straight on also?
thanks guys |

the indicators will require a bit of re-wiring coz they wont plug straight in ,also you will not require the TE indicators on the guards,as the TG are already on the side of the h/l.
You can either weld in a section, or change guards, but plz dont leave them in coz it makes the TG front end look dicky when theres obsolete indicators "hanging around" _________________

Yes the panels bolt straight on, but the wiring is different, you can connect the wiring for the guard blinkers to the blinkers next to the TG headlight (if you get rid of the gaurd blinker, which I suggest you do). For the other wiring you change either the wiring in the engine bay to suit the TG wiring, or change the wiring on the bumper to suit the TE wiring, It is easier installing a new head unit. |
